Dr. Oshin specializes in providing telehealth care focused on transgender medicine and ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Their goal is to offer patient-centered care through virtual visits. Please note that all services are provided online, and they do not offer in-person visits.
Important: This practice is not equipped to handle urgent or emergency care needs. Oshin Medicine clinic does not provide the following:
Emergency or urgent care services.
In-person evaluations or treatments.
Ongoing management of complex medical conditions outside of transgender health and ADHD.
Pain management services (chronic or acute).

Dr. Oshin is always accepting new patients for gender affirming care. Please fill out our New Patient Inquiry Form if you are interested in becoming a patient. When Dr. Oshin has availability, you will be contacted by our staff to confirm your patient eligibility.

Dr. Oshin accepts Oregon Medicaid (OHP) as well as most commercial insurance plans. You can visit our Insurance page for more information.
If you would like to schedule a virtual visit with Dr. Oshin, you will need to first make sure that Dr. Oshin is a covered provider for your plan.
